Meet your coach

I’ve had to find
my north, too.

Dara’s next chapter started with a question about her own.

Nearly 20 years in media and ad sales at WPP, Publicis and Paramount Global had taught Dara how to climb. Motherhood gave her reason to reconsider the ladder. She negotiated a job share so work and time with her kids could both have a place.

Later, working with a coach helped her see what she wanted next. She trained at iPEC and became a Certified Professional Coach. Then the pandemic arrived, with a kindergartener and a first grader to homeschool alongside work and studying.

That experience informs her coaching today. She helps ambitious moms figure out what work could look like in the life they have now, then put a plan behind it.

A discovery call is a chance to talk through your situation and see whether the support fits.

What happens on a discovery call?

You’ll spend 30 minutes talking with Dara about where you are and what you hope to change. It’s a conversation, rather than a coaching session. If a program fits, she’ll explain it. If it doesn’t, she’ll tell you.

How much does coaching cost?

1:1 and group programs range from $1,800 to $5,000. Career Compass Core starts at $2,997 and V.I.P. starts at $4,997. The Career Clarity Session is $497, with a 60-minute session and a bonus 30-minute follow-up.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Monthly payment plans are available for Dara’s programs. Talk through the options on your discovery call.

What if I don’t know what I want yet?

That’s a starting point for the work. You can come to Dara with an open question about your career, whether you’re considering a pivot, a return to work or a business of your own.

How is this different from career advice?

Career Compass begins with your current values, strengths and priorities. The resume, networking and other practical steps follow that foundation. Dara brings her own experience of reconsidering a career after becoming a mom.

What if the program doesn’t feel like a fit?

You’ll discuss fit before committing. If something stops working during the program, Dara asks you to raise it early so you can address it together.

Can I join EntrepreneuHER from elsewhere?

The in-person community meets in or near Larchmont, NY. The virtual group is currently waitlist only, meeting once a month on Thursday from 12 to 1:30pm. Visit EntrepreneuHER to apply for the waitlist.
